RARE Lancart XYZ, french camera from 1935




Announced as the smallest camera in world in 1935.

This model is equipped with an Hermagis  Major 4.5. This solid camera was well made.
Finished in nickel, after all this years it still seems as new.

We didn’t found any information about Lancart company. Only that it was based in Paris.

Not using standard apertures 5.1/6.6 /C(closed)/8.4/11.5

Dimension 60x40mm

Dedicated Gevaert 16mm film was giving   10x13mm
No serial number found

Zeiss Super Ikonta 530-15 from 1932

This is rangefinder camera from 1932 according to the lens serial number. 1 449 857.
No other serial number in the body was found
I nice Carl Zeiss  Tessar lens 12cm 4.5
Slow speeds untill 1/5 are not working but once  we reach hight speeds, shutter starts work  like a clock.
Includes a film plate to transform 6 1/2 x11 cm  to 5x6/1/2.
According to Zeiss books this is a 170.1.15  Type 2 from a total of 3 types

Some indications inside film door "SPEZIAL ???   ???? " and "?AT? 5856 ???"

Polaroid 636 Close Up - 1996

Found today this very comun Polaroid 636 Close Up  from 1996.
Normally O should not  buy it but this one was in his collector metal box from Polaroid

SFOMAX is  a sub miniature camera  made in France, produced by 
SFOAM ( Société Française d'Optique Mécanique )
Original military models were transformed to the civil market

Arrived to the public around 1949, just after the 2nd WW, was official commercialized till 1955
Build in aluminium  It’s a rangefinder focus, allowing the possibility to match 2 pictures
Lens SFOMAR  30mm /3.5, including the possibility to slide a yellow filter for mountain photos
Shutter speeds from 1/30 until 1/400
It was prepared to take 20 photos in a format 14x23mm on un-perforated 16mm film.
